Hudson Valley Man Accepts Settlement for Injuries Sustained

Case Facts: Today a Hudson Valley man agreed to a total settlement of $2,000,000.00 for injuries he sustained in a motor vehicle accident last year.  This is the total amount of available coverage through the insurance policy.   The injured plaintiff required multiple surgeries as a result of this crash.  The defendant was driving a commercial vehicle and was subject to the regulations of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Act.
