Case Facts: Today a Hudson Valley woman who was involved in a two-car collision in 2017 accepted a settlement offer of $6,000,000.00.   The matter was settled just a few months before trial was to commence.  The matter was litigated by Joseph E. O’Connor and Tom Yatto of O’Connor & Partners, PLLC.   This marks the 7th seven figure recovery or verdict obtained by O’Connor & Partners PLLC since July of 2018.  The recovery is the firm’s third multimillion-dollar result since August of 2018.
