Case Facts: Plaintiff was in the grandstand at the Lebanon Valley Motor Speedway when a piece of debris from the track was kicked up by a vehicle. The flying piece of debris struck Plaintiff in his right eye.

Injuries/Damages: Total blindness in right eye. Multiple surgeries in an attempt to save eye and restore vision, including Orbital Trauma Status Post Surgical Repair Right Eye for Ruptured Globe, Surgical Repair of Scleral Laceration, and Surgical Repair and Reposition of Uveal Tissue.
